Originally built in the late 1890s, this limestone farmhouse was the home of C. Arthur Browning, the discoverer of Bluff Dwellers Cave. Today, it has been thoughtfully updated to offer the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort — making it an ideal base for float trips, family getaways, and countryside escapes.

    • A bonus upstairs room with a sofa — perfect for sleeping bags or an air mattress if extra sleeping space is needed.

Central heat and air were newly updated in 2023 to ensure your comfort year-round, even during the hottest Ozark summers.
